UK Delivery:

All orders from Harriet Billingham Illustration are sent with Royal Mail First Class standard delivery service. Your item will be dispatched between 1-3 business days of payment being received. Royal Mail First Class service aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

International Delivery:

Orders that are sent overseas will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard Airmail service. Your item will be dispatched between 1-3 business days of payment being received. Royal Mail Standard Airmail aims to deliver between 5 and 10 working days.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to say when it has been dispatched.

International orders (including EU) may be subject to import tax/handling fees on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees.

Covid19:

Harriet Billingham Illustrations is still running from her studio at home with a post office within a 5-minute walk. She is still sending orders around the world but please understand due to the current situation that there may be some delays getting your order to certain parts of the world. All orders have reached every customer so please do not worry if it is slightly delayed due to less staff working in the postal service. If you are worried please feel free to contact us.

Christmas: 

Please understand that during the run-up to Christmas the postal service can be very busy and Harriet will try her very best to handle your order as swiftly as she can.
