Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All work is printed at home in the studio with Harriet or in the UK, due to the size of the business we do not accept returns but if there are any problems with your order please do email us at hb_illustrations@hotmail.com
